Mission Statement
Lipo Chemicals, Inc. is a reliable worldwide supplier of chemical ingredients to the customers we serve.
Our goal is to meet or exceed customer requirements 100% of the time and to bring innovative solutions to our customers.
All employees must be dedicated to understanding and anticipating customer needs. Our job is to support the Company, our co-workers and our suppliers to serve customers reliably, profitably and proudly.
Quality Policy
Lipo Chemicals, Inc. is a company committed to quality in the development, production, distribution, and technical service of the products we sell our customers in an increasingly competitive market.
Lipo recognizes that being quality driven in our processes, products, services, safety, and environment is necessary for the success of our customers, suppliers, employees, community and stockholders.
Meeting or exceeding the expectations of our customers in the quality of our products and services is the goal of all employees of Lipo.
To this end, Lipo will commit the resources necessary for each employee to comply to the ISO-9001 requirements and to participate in an on-going cycle of continuous improvement as an individual and in a team environment.
Environmental Policy
Lipo Chemicals, Inc. is committed to protecting the environment. Environmental protection is a primary management responsibility, as well as, an individual responsibility of every employee.
The Company will never knowingly engage or condone any activity, which endangers the air, water, soil or natural resources of the United States of America or any country in which our products are sold or consumed. In the same manner, the Company will never knowingly provide products, which when used in the manner intended, would directly or indirectly cause harmful effects to human health or well being.
In these matters, the Company is knowledgeable and agreeable in meeting or exceeding the environmental statutes and regulations of the United States Environmental Protection Agency, the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, and all applicable federal, state local regulations. Additionally, the Company will seek to maintain or exceed the same level of environmental responsibilities in the states and countries in which our products are sold or consumed. Where an environmental statue or regulation exceeds these requirements, the Company will seek to maintain the stricter standard.
Company management wants all of its employees, affiliates, and subsidiaries to know, understand and abide by these policies. The Company will not participate in a business relationship with any entity that knowingly or blatantly engages in activities to the contrary.
In keeping with this policy, we seek to minimize and manage waste. Our desire is to avoid negative impact upon the air, water and land through excellence in pollution prevention.
The environmental guidelines include the following points:
- Environmental protection is a line responsibility and an important measure of employee performance. It is each employee’s responsibility to ensure that we protect our environment.
The Company endorses the following hierarchy for waste management:
- Source reduction (i.e. generating less waste)
- Reuse, recycling, reclamation (preferable on site)
- Treatment
- Disposal
- Waste minimization is a prime consideration in research process design and plant operation and is valued the same as safety, productivity and quality assurance.
